U.S. – Mexico – maybe soccer / football’s best rivalry?

Though Mexico barely qualified for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, many experts feel that El Tri will have solved many of the team’s problems by June, when the World Cup opens in Brazil.  In the past 15 years, the United States and Mexico have developed a fierce, highly competitive rivalry and – amazingly – Mexico only had a chance to qualify because the United States scored a couple of late goals in its final World Cup qualifying match – - a match the U.S. did not even need to win or tie.  This is a video of highlights of the 2007 Gold Cup Final between the U.S. and Mexico.  Quite a game!
